BREAKING: JAMB Releases 2026 UTME Mop-Up Examination Results

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially released the results of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Mop-Up Exercise conducted for candidates affected by technical challenges, biometric verification issues, and other examination irregularities during the main UTME exercise. The mop-up examination was organized as the final phase of the 2026 UTME to ensure that all eligible candidates who were unable to sit for the examination during the main exercise were given a fair opportunity to participate. According to JAMB, the mop-up examination was conducted for candidates who: Successfully completed biometric verification but could not sit for the main UTME due to technical issues. Experienced disruptions at designated CBT centres. Encountered biometric verification challenges during the main examination. Had their earlier results withdrawn and were subsequently rescheduled for the mop-up exercise. Candidates who participated in the mop-up examination can now check their results through the official JAMB result-checking channels using the phone number used during registration.
