Service terms

Effective date: 26 October 2026. These terms describe services supplied by OGB Innovative Technical Services through OGB Admission Hub. Read the privacy policy and the fee information shown before making a payment. Contact OGB if anything is unclear.

Information and eligibility tools

Directories, news, calculations and eligibility results support preparation. They do not replace the current instructions of JAMB, an examination body or an institution. Requirements, deadlines, fees and programme availability may change. Confirm the official notice and any programme-specific conditions before registering, changing an institution or making payment. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship selection, examination results or employment.

Admission assistance and charges

Choose a school and course, create or sign in to your account, and follow the published payment and document-review steps. The current document submission and review fee is shown on the pricing page and in the application flow. School-specific processing charges are separate and must be quoted before you pay them. Institution or examination fees are separate unless your quote expressly includes them.

Provide accurate information and documents you are entitled to use. Review and approve application details before submission to an institution. Payment for OGB assistance does not purchase an admission place or privileged access to a school.

Cancellation, mistakes and payment queries

Contact us promptly with your payment reference if you wish to cancel, paid twice, paid the wrong amount or believe a service was not supplied as described. We will review what was ordered, work already completed, any third-party charges and your applicable rights before explaining the available remedy or refund position. Do not assume cancellation reverses an application already submitted to an institution. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law protects.

CBT and downloadable software

Practice tools are educational resources. Online access, trial periods, prices, device rules and offline availability depend on the service or installed version shown when you use it. Current website features may differ from an older installed release. Download only through our official download page; check release information and keep backups of practice records that matter to you. Downloads do not grant access to live examination questions or examination systems.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate another person, share private student documents publicly, submit forged records, harass others, post spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the platform. We may restrict misuse or moderate contributions. Minors should involve a parent or guardian when purchasing assistance or uploading sensitive documents.

Comments, forum posts and content rights

Submit only material you have the right to share. Public contributions may be displayed and moderated to operate the community. Do not post passwords, OTPs or confidential student information. See our editorial policy and content-use policy for corrections and reproduction enquiries.

Availability and responsibility

Services may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems or third-party outages. Keep track of official deadlines and retain your receipts and application records. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us; these terms do not promise uninterrupted access or override your statutory rights.
