The Federal University of Agriculture and Development Studies, Iragbiji (FUADSI), Osun State , has announced the commencement of admission into seven newly introduced undergraduate degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Is the FUADSI 2026/2027 Admission Form Still Available?

Important clarification for prospective applicants: Although FUADSI announced admission into seven new programmes on October 27, the university's existing undergraduate admission portal currently displays a notice stating that it is no longer accepting new applications for the 2026/2027 session.

This creates a distinction between the new admission announcement and the status of the earlier online registration exercise.

As of October 30, 2026, the university has not publicly clarified through the reviewed announcements whether it will reopen the existing portal, introduce a separate application route for the newly announced programmes or provide another admission procedure.

Candidates should therefore not assume that a new application form is already available for purchase .

Interested applicants should contact the university's Admissions Office to confirm the applicable procedure.

FUADSI Admission Requirements for 2026/2027

The university's general 2026/2027 undergraduate admission instructions specify the following requirements for its earlier screening exercise:

UTME Candidates

Applicants must have participated in the 2026 UTME.

A minimum score of 150 was stated for the general screening exercise.

Candidates were required to select FUADSI as their first-choice institution.

Applicants must possess five relevant O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.

Additional programme-specific requirements may apply.

Important: The general 150 UTME screening requirement should not be treated as confirmation that all seven newly introduced programmes will admit candidates with that score. FUADSI has not specified separate cut-off marks for these programmes in its October 27 announcement.

Direct Entry Candidates

FUADSI's general admission instructions also recognise Direct Entry applicants and require them to choose the institution as their first choice before registration.

However, the new announcement does not specify whether Direct Entry places are available in each of the seven new programmes or whether fresh DE applications are being accepted through a separate process.

Interested Direct Entry candidates should obtain confirmation from FUADSI before initiating changes through JAMB.

How Interested Candidates Can Prepare for FUADSI Admission

Candidates who wish to study any of the seven newly introduced courses should take the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official university website

Go to https://fuadsi.edu.ng and read the October 27 admission announcement.

Step 2: Confirm the programme you want

Review the seven newly announced programmes and select the course that best matches your academic interests and qualifications.

Step 3: Check your eligibility

Verify your O'Level subjects, UTME score, JAMB subject combination and any specific departmental requirements.

Step 4: Contact the Admissions Office

Ask whether new applications for the chosen programme are being received, which application procedure is authorised and whether a fresh registration deadline has been announced.

Step 5: Follow official JAMB procedures

If the university confirms that applicants must select FUADSI as their first-choice institution, use JAMB's authorised change-of-institution process where applicable.

Step 6: Avoid unofficial payments

Do not pay any individual or agent claiming to sell a special FUADSI admission form unless the payment procedure has been confirmed directly by the university.

FUADSI 2026/2027 Resumption Date Also Announced

In a separate announcement issued on October 29, FUADSI confirmed that the 2026/2027 academic session will commence on Monday, November 2, 2026 .

The institution also scheduled mandatory physical screening and verification for newly admitted students from November 2 to November 20, 2026 .

The screening exercise applies to candidates who have already secured admission. It should not be confused with a new Post-UTME or Direct Entry application period.

Successful candidates are advised to consult the university's official screening notice for the required original documents, photocopies and payment receipts.
