JAMB 2026 Mop-Up UTME Results Released June 16: How Candidates Can Check

Editorially revised on 28 October 2026. This independently rewritten edition corrects or clarifies the older OGB report. All dates and requirements below refer to the academic session stated; verify new notices before paying fees or applying.

When the results were released

On 16 June 2026, JAMB announced the release of results for candidates who took the mop-up UTME held on 13 June. The earlier OGB article was published close to the release and did not clearly distinguish the results announcement date. This revised edition records the June 16 announcement and its historical context.

How to verify your result

Candidates should access the Board's approved result-checking channels, including official JAMB e-Facility . Be cautious of links that claim to offer paid result upgrades or guaranteed admissions. A UTME result is only one part of a university, polytechnic or college's admissions requirements.

What happens after a result

Check the exact institution and programme you selected, your UTME and O'Level subject combinations and the current screening notice. Follow admission decisions on JAMB CAPS and respond to genuine offers through your own account. Do not assume that checking a result automatically means a university has offered admission.

JAMB's 15 June bulletin independently documents that the mop-up examination took place.
