JAMB 2026 Mop-Up UTME Was Held on June 13: Official Historical Update

Official date and purpose

JAMB held the 2026 UTME mop-up examination on Saturday 13 June 2026. Its official bulletin of 15 June described the exercise as a way to accommodate registered candidates affected by unusual biometric and other examination problems during the regular exam.

The date is now past. Anyone encountering this page in October 2026 should not mistake the old schedule for an upcoming opportunity. The mop-up was not a second nationwide UTME open to every candidate, and an advertisement claiming otherwise should be verified carefully.

What affected candidates should check

Use JAMB's official e-Facility and support channels to check the result, record or any unresolved candidate issue. Do not pay a third party claiming they can register you for a completed 2026 mop-up examination.
