WAEC GCE 2026 Second Series Final Timetable: Official PDF and Date Checks

Links and dates reviewed: 26 October 2026 | OGB Admission Hub

WAEC has published the final timetable for the 2026 WASSCE for Private Candidates, Second Series. Candidates can obtain it from WAEC’s own website rather than relying on a forwarded screenshot.

Open WAEC’s official timetable announcement , or open the official final timetable PDF .

Check your own subjects

The document includes planning sessions from 4 September 2026 and scheduled papers through 28 October 2026. This is an existing examination timetable, not a new registration opening. A subject with several components may have separate dates for its theory, objective, oral or practical papers.

Read every relevant row and the notes attached to the timetable. Use the time convention printed in the official document. If an entry appears inconsistent or you are uncertain about an arranged practical/oral session, ask WAEC or your examination centre to clarify it.

Practical steps for candidates

Save the PDF with its examination year and series visible in the filename.

Mark only the papers you registered for, including their separate components.

Compare your personal exam information with the official schedule before travelling.

Keep your examination identification and centre instructions ready; do not publish your private candidate details online.

A private-candidate timetable should not be substituted with the school-candidate timetable or a different examination series simply because both documents carry “2026”.

Correction: The earlier version’s download button pointed to an empty placeholder. It has been replaced with the verified WAEC announcement and PDF links. The headline has also been changed to avoid presenting the earlier release as breaking news today.
