The discussions focused on improving coordination, reducing examination clashes and ensuring timely results.
What Does This Mean for Candidates?
Candidates should begin organising their preparation early while awaiting final timetables.
For students planning to write UTME alongside school-leaving examinations, OGBAdmissionHub recommends a study plan that gives adequate attention to both. A good JAMB score does not replace the O’Level subjects and grades required for a chosen programme.
Students should also distinguish between examination dates, registration dates and result-release targets . These are separate announcements.
Has JAMB Announced Registration Dates?
The harmonisation statement does not provide a 2027 UTME registration opening date . Candidates should await JAMB’s official registration notice rather than assume that the proposed examination dates mean registration has started.
