FUSTECH Epe Admission to Open Soon as NUC Completes Resource Verification

FUSTECH Epe Moves Closer to Admission Take-Off as NUC Completes Resource Verification....ADMISSION TO OPEN SOON

By OGB Admission News | 26 October 2026

The Federal University of Science and Technology, Epe (FUSTECH), Lagos State, has announced that its admission exercise will begin soon following resource verification by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

In a statement published on its official website on 23 October 2026 , the university disclosed that the NUC verified its facilities on 21 October 2026 .

The institution described the exercise as an important milestone in its development and advised prospective applicants to prepare for further admission announcements.

Admission Portal to Open Shortly

According to the university, its admission portal will be opened shortly, with details of the application procedure to be communicated subsequently.

Interested candidates are encouraged to check the university’s official website regularly for instructions.

The announcement does not mean that admission applications are already open. It does not specify a registration commencement date, application fee or closing date.

Candidates should wait for the formal application notice before proceeding with registration or making admission-related payments.

What Prospective Applicants Should Do

While awaiting further information, OGB Admission News advises candidates to take the following steps:

Review their course choices: Consider their interests, qualifications and intended career paths.

Check their subject combinations: Ensure their UTME and O-level subjects are appropriate for the programme they intend to pursue.

Prepare their records: Keep examination results and relevant personal documents organised and accessible.

Read the eventual admission notice carefully: Confirm eligibility, application procedures, payment instructions and deadlines before submitting an application.

Verify information before acting: Do not make a change of institution solely because of an unofficial message or social-media post.

These are preparation steps, rather than a confirmed FUSTECH application checklist. The university’s forthcoming notice should guide the actual application process.

Beware of Fraudsters Promising Admission

FUSTECH has also warned prospective candidates against paying individuals or groups claiming to facilitate admission into the university.

Its homepage states that admission screening announcements will be communicated through its official website. Applicants should therefore treat promises of reserved places or guaranteed admission with caution.

Parents and candidates should confirm any registration or payment request directly through the university’s published channels.

Where to Get Official Updates

Prospective applicants can follow developments at fustech.edu.ng .

For now, the message is clear: prepare your documents, follow official announcements and wait for confirmation that the admission portal has opened.
