Nursing Admission Forms: Verify the Programme, Entry Route and Official Deadline

Before paying for a nursing admission form, identify the exact programme and institution in the official notice. An announcement for one nursing pathway does not establish availability or eligibility for every other pathway offered by the same school.

Find the current notice

Visit OGB’s forms tracker , select colleges of nursing and search by school or state. Read the programme, session, closing date and source-check date, then open the linked official notice. You can also use the nursing institution directory to explore listed institutions and available programme information.

A directory entry is not proof that a form is open, and the tracker may miss notices on blocked or inaccessible pages. Confirm directly with the school if the information is missing or conflicting.

Match the requirements to your route

Read the notice for the specific qualification you intend to pursue. Check its entry route, O-level subjects, examination requirements, screening process and any programme-specific conditions. Do not assume a requirement for one course or session automatically applies to another.

If a notice refers to JAMB, use the relevant official instructions for that programme. If it describes a different professional or post-qualification route, check the qualifications and professional records required rather than applying a generic undergraduate checklist.

Protect your payment and documents

Confirm the school’s official payment instructions and current fee.

Check the deadline before starting a payment.

Keep the receipt and application acknowledgement.

Do not share passwords, OTPs or private documents in public comments or with an unverified agent.
