Polytechnic Admission Forms: How to Verify an ND or HND Application Window

Reviewed 26 October 2026 | OGB Admission Hub

A polytechnic’s website being online does not mean every programme is accepting applications. Before buying a form, confirm the exact admission route, session, campus and closing date shown in its current notice.

Start with the right listing

Open OGB’s admission-form tracker and choose the polytechnic category. Search for your institution or filter by state, then read the programme description and source-check date. Follow the official notice linked on the listing before making a payment.

The tracker is a starting point, not a complete guarantee of nationwide coverage. A missing school may have a notice that the automated checks could not access; a listed notice may require a fresh check if the institution changes its instructions.

Separate ND and HND requirements

Read the institution’s requirements for the qualification you want. Do not use an ND full-time notice as proof of an HND opening, or assume a part-time application follows the same process as a full-time programme. Check any qualification, examination, experience or document condition specified for your route.

Check the payment and deadline

Confirm the current academic session and whether the application is new, supplementary or a reprint service.

Check the fee and authorised payment channel in the institution’s own instructions.

Look for a closing date and any specific closing time.

Keep your payment reference and completed application receipt.

A login or payment page may remain available after new registration closes. If the notice and application page disagree, ask the institution before paying. An extension should be supported by a new official announcement.

Editorial change: The earlier version named several polytechnics as currently selling forms without individual current notices. That unsupported availability list has been removed. Use the tracker’s dated source links to check each institution separately.
